Wellness® Contributes to Provincetown Dog Park

Tewksbury, Massachusetts (June 17, 2008) - The Wellness® brand of natural food and treats for pets today announced a $3,500 donation to the Provincetown Dog Park Association's Pilgrim Bark Park.

The Provincetown Dog Park Association was established in 2007 to provide a safe, gated, off-leash community space in Provincetown, MA for dogs and their owners. Pilgrim Bark Park will promote animal welfare and the environment, provide a venue for the arts, and will be a welcoming community space for residents and visitors.

The Wellness donation will provide 4 benches that will be created by a local Cape Cod artist using recycled material and that will be handicap accessible and dog friendly for the park. This will enable the second stage in the creation of Pilgrim Bark Park to begin, moving the park closer to completion.

"We are very excited to be moving to the next stage in our creation of Pilgrim Bark Park and can not thank Wellness enough for their generous contribution," said Kathleen Cote, Director - Provincetown Dog park Association.

The Wellness WellPet Foundation's® donation reflects the mission of the company's Wellness WellPet Foundation: responsibility, passion and commitment, as the company works to do the very best for the pets that provide us with unconditional love, trust and companionship.
