Terms and Conditions

Timing: The Wellness Pet Company Instant Win Promotion (“Promotion”) will take place during the Superzoo trade show, August 13, 2025, to August 15, 2025, during the trade show hours of 9am Pacific Time (“PT”) – 5pm PT August 13th and 14th and 9am PT – 3pm PT August 15th (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Wellness Pet Company, and any of its affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, in-laws, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Promotion constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions and by the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
How to Play: No purchase necessary. During the Promotion Period, visit Sponsor’s booth #3945 (“Sponsor’s Booth”) at the Superzoo trade show, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Halls A-F, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89119. At Sponsor’s Booth, you may be given or request a Promotion scratch n’ win game card (“Scratch Card”). Limit: One (1) Scratch Card per person during the Promotion Period. Carefully remove the scratch-off surface to reveal your instant win prize. THERE ARE ONLY 300 TOTAL SCRATCH CARDS AVAILABLE. ONCE ALL TICKETS HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED, THERE WILL NOT BE ANY ADDITIONAL TICKETS OR PRIZES. IF SPONSOR DOES NOT DISTRIBUTE ALL TICKETS DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD, ANY REMAINING PRIZES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH NON-DISTRIBUTED TICKETS WILL BE FORFEITED. ALL POTENTIAL PRIZE TICKETS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SCRATCH-OFF TICKET SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE TICKET HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

*The gift basket and custom hoodie will be shipped on or before September 30, 2025. All other prizes will be available at Sponsor’s Booth and must be picked up before the end of the Promotion Period. Any items not picked up before the end of the Promotion Period will be forfeited.
No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied offered by Sponsor. The odds of winning a particular prize are based on the number of such prize available as indicated in the above chart. Limit: One (1) prize per person. Winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Terms & Conditions in order to claim a prize.
General Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for lost or damaged Scratch Cards. Any Scratch Card that is damaged, destroyed, lost, duplicated, fraudulent, or tampered with in any manner will be void. Any Scratch Card that is defective, or contains any printing, typographical, mechanical, or human errors in production is void and not eligible for prize redemption. Participant in possession of a defective Scratch Card may only receive a replacement Scratch Card with Sponsor’s approval, subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Release and Limitation of Liability: By receipt of any prize, PARTICIPANT agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, ANd any promotional partners, AND each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliate and related companies, and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Promotion or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
