If you purchase Wellness Pet Company products from a Wellness Pet Company Authorized Distributor for purposes of resale to end users and wish to sell Wellness Pet Company products (“Products”) on your own proprietary website, you must complete and submit this application form for Wellness Pet’s review and approval in order for the website to be considered a “Permissible Public Website” pursuant to the terms in the Wellness Pet Company Authorized Reseller Policy for the United States or the Wellness Pet Company Authorized Reseller Policy for Canada, as applicable to you.(“Reseller Policy”).

Please review the applicable Authorized Reseller (including the Wellness Pet Online Sales Guidelines) and Minimum Advertised Price Policies, fill out the form, and click SUBMIT (all below).

You are prohibited from selling the Products on online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Google Shopping, and Walmart Marketplace) without Wellness Pet’s prior written consent. Please note that consent to sell the Products on online marketplaces is not granted upon submission of this application. Wellness Pet Company will review your application and inform you of your authorization status.

2. Reseller acknowledges and agrees that submitting this Application does not authorize Applicant to sell “Product(s)” on the Requested Website(s), and that Wellness Pet has no obligation to accept Reseller’s request to sell Products on any or all of the Requested Website(s).
3. Reseller acknowledges that sales on online marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace) are not authorized through this application process and agrees not to sell Products on such platforms without the separate written consent of Wellness Pet.
4. Reseller agrees, that if approved by Wellness Pet to sell Products on any Requested Website(s), Reseller’s operation of the Requested Website(s) approved by Wellness Pet (“Permissible Public Website(s)”) will comply with the Wellness Pet Online Sales Guidelines, attached as Exhibit A to Reseller Policy, as may be amended by Wellness from time to time.
5. Reseller understands that it is strictly prohibited from using the Product brands, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, copyrights, and other intellectual property in any way other than as granted in the Reseller Policy without Wellness Pet’s express prior written consent in each instance.
