Our consumer loyalty team is available to assist you with any questions you may have regarding our natural food and treats. We may not have all the exact answers but promise to provide you with honest, straightforward info about our products or find the answers and get back to you in a timely manner.

Please submit your request for donations on your organization's letterhead. If you do not have letterhead, please make sure your submission includes your name, mailing address, email and contact phone number.

Once your donation request is received, it will be reviewed by a WellPet Representative. Unfortunately, due to the volume of submissions we receive you will be contacted only if we can assist and meet your request. Please no follow-up emails or phone calls.

Additionally, our shelter community is partnering with animal rescues across the United States to provide the latest information about promotions, discounts and donation opportunities available to those helping pets in need. If you would like to receive periodic emails regarding this program please email and include shelter name, contact information, address, preferred email address and 501(c)(3) number.
